Asked Questions

Every offering at Ivy Chan Wellness is built around one principle: whole-person healing that actually lasts. Rooted in Ayurveda, plant medicine, and Sufi healing — and grounded in social psychology — the guidance here goes deeper than generic wellness advice. Because you deserve answers that are specific to you, not someone else's template.

Most wellness approaches treat one thing at a time — your diet, your mindset, or your stress levels. The Birthright Method works on all three simultaneously: your body (through Ayurveda and plant medicine), your mind (through social psychology), and your soul (through Sufi healing). This isn't a program designed for the average person. It's built around you specifically.

Self-paced programs like the Metabolic Repair guide and Eat Real Food can be worked through on your own schedule. The MANTRA Method has a 90-day structure with weekly practices. The Call is always available — dip in as little or as much as your life allows. There are no rigid rules here.

Just like any educational program, the more you commit and actively engage, the more you stand to gain. These offerings are designed to empower you with tools and insights—when you apply them with dedication, the potential for transformation is significant.

Due to the digital nature of most of my services, I do not offer refunds. However, 1:1 and mini-consult sessions can be rescheduled with a 24-hour notice.
For The Call, the Monthly Plan allows you to cancel anytime, though payments for past months are non-refundable. With the Premium Plan, you can cancel within the first month to receive a refund for the remaining months, as long as you contact me before the month ends. For the Yearly Plan, if you’ve already received the bonus 1:1 session, the value of that session will be deducted from your refund amount.
